In 2008, Yamaha released a completely redesigned VMAX Motorcycle in North America and Europe. This cruiser motorcycle, made by Yamaha since 1985, is known for its powerful V4 engine, shaft drive, and distinctive styling. To support the relaunch campaign, Yamaha asked Wander to create a viral video to remind the world of how thrilling it is to accelerate on a motorcycle.

Since the video was created before the launch, Wander was not permitted show the bike in their video. With this in mind, Wander crafted a concept that showed the feeling of acceleration through the playful of approach of having people pretend they were cruising on the open road. The finished video was launched on the Yamaha VMAX microsite and received millions of hits worldwide. View the video below.
