Wander Inc. ("Wander," "we," "us") operates wanderfilms.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information. We keep this simple because we have no interest in your data beyond responding to your inquiry.
When you submit the contact form or complete the Wander Build System, we collect the information you voluntarily provide: your name, email address, phone number (optional), company name, project details, timeline, and budget range.
We also collect standard usage data through Google Analytics — including pages visited, time on site, device type, and general geographic region. This data is aggregated and not linked to your identity.
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry and assess whether there's a fit for working together. We do not sell your information, share it with third parties for marketing purposes, or add you to any mailing list without your consent.
EmailJS — Form submissions are delivered via EmailJS. Your submitted data passes through their service to reach us. EmailJS privacy policy: emailjs.com/legal/privacy-policy.
Google Analytics — We use GA4 to understand how visitors use the site. Google may use this data per their own privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy. You can opt out via Google's opt-out tool.
Vimeo — Portfolio videos are hosted on Vimeo. Viewing a video may allow Vimeo to collect data per their privacy policy: vimeo.com/privacy.
We do not use tracking cookies beyond what Google Analytics sets automatically. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site trackers.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@wanderfilms.com. We will respond within 45 days.
We do not sell personal information.
Inquiry submissions are retained only as long as necessary to evaluate and respond to the project. If you would like your information removed, email hello@wanderfilms.com and we will delete it promptly.
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), we process your personal information on the basis of legitimate interest — specifically, to evaluate and respond to production inquiries. You have the right to access, correct, or erase your data, restrict or object to processing, and request data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@wanderfilms.com.
We do not transfer personal data outside of your jurisdiction except as necessary to deliver our services (via the third-party providers listed above).
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. Because there is no consistent industry standard for responding to DNT signals, this site does not alter its data collection practices based on DNT browser settings. You may opt out of Google Analytics tracking at any time using Google's opt-out tool.
